Fractured Minds, launches on multi-platforms to raise support for mental health awareness


Watford, England – November 14, 2019 – Fractured Minds, a first-person puzzle adventure game highlighting the impact of mental health issues, launched today digitally on PC, Nintendo™ Switch, the PlayStation®4 Entertainment System, and Xbox One. The immersive and emotionally-fueled project is published by Wired Productions and now available for £1.79 / €1.99 / $1.99, with 80% of the proceeds going to Ms. Mitchell and Safe In Our World, a new games industry charity dedicated to raising and supporting mental health awareness.

Fractured Minds comes from the imagination of 2017 BAFTA Young Games Designers award winner, Emily Mitchell, who at 17 years-old found solace through game development. Inspired by Emily’s personal journey through severe anxiety Fractured Minds seeks to create greater understanding and stand in solidarity with mental health sufferers around the world. Players will embark on a deeply personal and emotional journey through the human psyche. Exploring atmospheric and thought-provoking chapters, each symbolizing a different aspect or challenge associated with mental health — from isolation to anxiety, with everyday situations becoming distorted beyond recognition.

Safe In Our World is a new mental health charity for the video games community with the goal of raising awareness of mental health issues among gamers and creators and affecting positive change within the industry. Supported by industry luminaries and ambassadors across the world, its mission is to create a digital destination where sufferers can seek help, gain access to resources and information, and discover stories from real people within and surrounding the games industry.

Airborne Ocean-World Fantasy Combat RPG, The Falconeer, soars its way to Xbox One and PC in 2020 from Wired Productions


Watford, UK– November 11, 2019 –– Award-winning publisher Wired Productions proudly announces it is bringing the ocean world action RPG The Falconeer to console gamers for the first time, on Xbox One. Created by independent developer Tomas Sala, The Falconeer combines classic aerial dogfighting mechanics and acrobatic twists and turns, with an awe-inspiring open environment and bestiary of fantastic enemies in land, sea, and air. Set above The Great Ursee, a mystical world drowning in the corruption of the swollen oceans, players will take their armed aerial mounts in third person to the skies as a “Falconeer,” an airborne and agile warrior equipped with devastating ranged weaponry. Your mission as a Falconeer will be what you make it – be it the noble cause or the life of a rogue - each player experience will be unique as they explore the bleak and hauntingly beautiful world, filled with wondrous locations and warmongering rival factions vying for the mysterious secrets hidden at the Ursee's unfathomable depths.

The world has a bad case of the Dizzies, residents dizzied by Captain Brains, and only you can rescue them! Work with a friend in co-op or skillfully control two medics on your own to overcome the physics-based puzzles of each madcap mission. Either way, how you go about it is totally up to you, whether you work together to transport many Dizzies at once on a stretcher or work in parallel by splitting up dragging the Dizzies to the ambulance one by one. As you play and replay missions, you’ll complete bonus objectives and uncover hidden collectibles with hilarious results!

You’ll also unlock additional hats, costume colors, and furniture for your home base by exploring mission areas and the world map. When you receive a distress call, don’t be afraid to get curious and experiment.
