The largest Arizona Sunshine mission yet, The Damned DLC is set to vastly expand the VR zombie apocalypse when it launches for PlayStation VR, Oculus Rift, HTC Vive and Windows Mixed Reality headsets this summer.
In Arizona Sunshine - The Damned DLC, fans of the franchise get to discover a brand-new chapter preceding the Arizona Sunshine story so far, crawl into the skin of an all-new protagonist, and explore an iconic megastructure infested by undead as they put their VR zombie survival skills to the test in the largest Arizona Sunshine mission to date.
Set before the events of Arizona Sunshine and Dead Man DLC, The Damned DLC tasks you and your team of US Special Forces with a daunting objective; reactivating the generators of a massive Arizonan hydroelectric dam to restore power to the military’s nuclear missile systems. Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster perhaps is not the catchiest of titles, but it is a fair description of what is a remastering of the Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2 games from the early 2000's which were released then on the Playstation 2.
At the time FFX was widely called the greatest game of all time, and received a sequel which was a first for a FF game.
So is this still the greatest game of all time? The answer to that is no, but is it one of the greatest games of all time? The answer is yes, and I suspect it will always be yes.
The thing to keep in mind is that this is not a step by step remake, it is a remastering, so it is still graphically a product of it's time, so it is never fair to compare a game from 2001 to one released today, that said the graphics are still very impressive, and this was the first FF game to be fully 3D, as opposed to backdrops being rendered separately.
The basic storyline in this is that you play as Tidus in the world of "Spira" and he is on a journey in unfamiliar places, you have a gang of good guys fighting against an evil Kaiju known as Sin trying to take over the world. So pretty standard fare there.
As you cross the various areas you will take part in many turn-based strategy combat situations against the usual hillariously named enemies.
It could be argued that this type of combat has aged badly, but as I said this game is a product of it's time.
The second game stars Yuna as it's main character and continues on well from the previous game. It also contains way more mini games which was always a favourite of mine throughout the various FF games.
Overall if you are a Final Fantasy fan and either want to replay a great game, or you want to play the first true 3D game in the franchise then this is a great game to buy and play, you will get literally hundreds of hours of gameplay which is something not many games from this era can claim.
I score this game a strong 8/10. Still packs a mean punch 18 years after it was first released.

Run, jump and swing through platforming puzzles, foster friendship, and shed light on a world covered in shadow.

As soon as I started playing this game, I was instantly reminded of PC classic "Hotline Miami".
And God's Trigger clearly takes a lot of inspiration from Hotline Miami.
At first the control system on this is a nightmare, it really is badly designed in my opinion, and I seemed to be forever pausing the game and checking the controls. This really is a huge problem, as there will be many people who will play this and give up pretty quickly. In time you will get used to it and you will forget that you ever had a problem. But this is still an annoyance of mine with some games. When creating a game, imagine that whoever playing it just wants to play, they don't want to learn how to attack, or transport through walls, etc, they just want to start the game, complete a few levels by killing everything easily, and have a feeling of accomplishment, then you can change up the controls, add new attacks and so on. This game fails in that respect as although it explains each new way of killing an enemy, it seems to be thrown at you all quite quickly, and you will find yourself dying multiple times before you have hardly got going.
That said, if you do stick with it, the game improves massively.
And because there control system has good variety, it does mean you have to really think sometimes how you will kill someone, will you use your close up weapon and go crazy, or will you use your limited longer range weapons, which may run out and leave you needing them for a later part in the level.
Sadly you don't really have any kind of health bar, so if you get shot or hit once, that's it you are dead, but there are plenty of checkpoints so it's not like you have to do an entire level again from scratch. Plus most enemies also die pretty quick, so it all seems strangely fair.
You play as Harry or Judy and can swap between the characters at will, and each have their different attacks and specialities. Which will also help you solve the puzzle elements the game throws at you.
The game is ultra violent as you would expect and you will end up leaving blood splattered everywhere.
The graphics are glorious as is the heavy soundtrack, if you are prone to motion sickness you might find the graphics a bit hard to play against, but the vast majority of people wont notice.
The game is good, I enjoyed it, but the poor control system thrown at you are the start, and some graphic glitches do effect gameplay.
I'll give this game a decent 7/10. Plenty of room for improvement.

Like the Da Vinci of death, Techland Publishing has unleashed a new gameplay trailer demonstrating the fine art of killing in God’s Trigger, a brutal, fast-paced, top-down shooter, in which players can use supernatural powers to cause spectacular mayhem in a quest to stop the Apocalypse.
Ever wondered what it’s like to have powers from both Heaven and Hell? God’s Trigger allows players to go on the rampage as Harry, a fallen angel, or Judy, a demon. Each of these two characters has 7 unique abilities that players can upgrade, customize and combine with others to create their own visceral style of dishing out death. In a game where any hit is fatal, being able to slow down time to dodge bullets or to become invisible will be key to survival.
In the solo campaign, players will be able to seamlessly switch between the two characters at anytime and have access to all of their respective skills and powers. Partner up with a friend in co-op to create even deadlier and more explosive combos, crushing enemies in no time and making the most of the 14 abilities and 36 weapons the merciless duo has at hand.
In Harry and Judy working together the true artistry of carnage is revealed; players can annihilate foes with a huge number of devilishly creative combos, such as setting up a Wall of Fire that will imbue passing bullets with the energy of hell and have them explode on impact, or creating a Dark Vortex to suck enemies together and ripen them for melee brutality. Player death will be simply a passing inconvenience in the cycle of creative destruction.
In the world of God’s Trigger, survival depends on the ability to make split-second decisions, and massacre enemies with a variety of guns, melee weapons, special abilities and environmental traps throughout visually spectacular bloodbaths. Prepare for unforgivingly intense, brutal action where just one pull of the trigger is enough to kill the enemy—or you.
God’s Trigger is set to release digitally for PC, the Xbox One family of devices, including Xbox One X, and PlayStation 4 on April 18, 2019.
